 All of us at St. Lawrence are committed to protecting the safety of children and youth. 

In compliance with the Archdiocese of Baltimore, St. Lawrence Martyr Catholic Church requires the following for ALL who volunteer at St. Lawrence:.

To Register, please register at Virtus as a St Lawrence - Hanover, MD Volunteer

Select First-Time Signup

1. User Login Data section:  You will create your own login-ID and password. 
2. You will be taken to another sceen, please fill in all necessary information. Press Submit.

 
Remember--
If you will have substantial contact with children, please select:

• Substantial contact w/ children, because you will be working with children
• Drivers with contact  - If you also will be driving children as part of your volunteer service

If you don’t have substantial contact with children, please select:

• No Substantial contact w/children, beause you are not working with children 

All volunteers:

• You will need to read the Archdiocese of Baltimore’s child and youth protection policies:  A Statement of Policy for the Protection of Children and Youth and the Code of Conduct for Church Personnel in the Archdiocese of Baltimore, this can be viewed at the Virtus site.
