For over 20 years, Clark has owned and operated several businesses in the Washington Metropolitan area, specializing in remedial education for gifted as well as educationally challenged students. In the years preceding his ownership and management in the remedial education market segment, Clark worked in the financial services industry as a fee-based consultant.
Clark has also been involved in community affairs and is an experienced fundraiser. He has served on the boards of the Lazarus Caucus, the Msgr. O’Dwyer Retreat House and served as president of the Lycoming College Alumni Association Executive Board.
Clark is a graduate of Lycoming College, Williamsport, PA. He continued his education at Lehigh University’s graduate school of Business Management, and completed his MBA at Loyola University.
He has been a parishioner at St. John the Evangelist in Columbia for almost 40 years.
