Mass is celebrated for all the members of the parish every Sunday and Holy Day.
On Good Friday, our parish will take up the annual Good Friday Collection for the Holy Land. Your financial contribution helps to support the struggling Christian community and to protect Christianity’s holiest places. Please be generous.
On Good Friday, MAR 21, after the Stations of the Cross (3PM) there will be a burning ceremony at the cemetery. Bring your letters addressed to any deceased friend or relative or any note with your thoughts. This may be a good way to express your feelings.
Deacon John will be offering a blessing of the Paschal food for those who wish to partake on Holy Saturday, March 22, 2008 in the church at 9:15AM.

Operation Rice Bowl connects you through prayer and action with the poor and vulnerable overseas and in the United States. Please remember to fill your rice bowls! There are envelopes in the back of the church for anyone who would like to use an envelope instead of a rice bowl.
KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS
NEWS
On the last Thursday of the month the Knights of Columbus are in the church to say the rosary for the unborn and our troops in harms way. The KofC will be in the Church to say the rosary on Thursday, MAR 27, 2008 at 7PM. All parishioners are welcome to participate.
Fr. Bernard Harding Council, #12180, of the Knights of Columbus, which started here at St. Lawrence in 1998, celebrates its 10th anniversary on March 19. The Knights appreciate the support of the priests and parishioners in all their activities. They also ask your prayers and support in the coming years!
Thank you to all who supported the Knights of Columbus on Friday Nights in Lent by purchasing the Pizza/Crab Cake Dinners. The Knights of Columbus will donate ALL of the net proceeds to the Johns Hopkins Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center.
ONE HOUR VOLUNTEER
St. Lawrence Ground Crew is looking for volunteers to help cut grass or take care of the flowers/shrubs. The evening crew cuts on Wednesday evenings (6PM) or Thursday evenings (6PM). The day crew cuts on Wednesday morning (8AM) or Thursday mornings (8AM). When there are many volunteers for mowing you will not be obligated every week. The green thumbers (plants & shrubs) can work anytime. Any volunteer, 16 yrs of age or older can volunteer. Please contact Charles Levay at 410-551-8632.

You are invited to Preparation Rites on Holy Saturday on MAR 22 from 10-11:30AM at St. Bernadette Church, 801 Stevenson Rd., Severn, MD, with Most Rev. Mitchell T. Rozanski, Eastern Vicar. Registration by March 15. Call the Rectory Office, if you are interested in attending.
A day long conference for those who are separated, widowed, divorced or remarried will be held on SAT/APR 19 at Loyola College Graduate Center in Columbia, MD. Cost: $40 early Bird by APR 9- $45 at door. Contact: Myra Fecteau at 410-724-0073.
